The IFTTT Ambassador program AGREEMENT (this “Agreement) by and between IFTTT and participants (“Ambassadors”) consists of these terms and conditions. By joining the Telegram group and IFTTT privacy terms, you agree to operate per these terms and conditions and understand that we reserve the right to remove any Ambassador from the program at any time at our discretion.
Inappropriate content
Individuals will be removed from the Ambassador program if they share content on IFTTT, use IFTTT technology, or post within the IFTTT Ambassador group anything that includes any of the following:
- Spam or repeated, unwanted content
- X-rated or sexually explicit materials
- Content promoting violence
- Discrimination of any kind (including, but not limited to, discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, and age)
- Violating intellectual property or copyright
- Promoting illegal or questionable activities
- Not in alignment with IFTTT’s mission, vision, and values
Compensation
There is no compensation for Ambassadors from IFTTT. As long as you are part of the Ambassador program, you will receive free access to one Pro+ account.
Relationship between parties
You are willingly a part of IFTTT’s Ambassador program, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales Ambassador, or employment relationship between you and us. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.
Confidentiality
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or with our prior written consent, you agree that all information, including the terms of this Agreement, our business information, unreleased features, unannounced events or other details that have not been announced by IFTTT will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party and will not be utilized, directly or indirectly, by you for your own business purposes or for any other purpose, except and solely to the extent that any such information is generally known or available to the public through a source or sources other than you or your affiliates.
