Background:
Once you've created an Applet through ifttt.com/create, it will appear on your My Applets page. If you want to temporarily disable the Applet, simply toggle the connected slider off when viewing the Applet. You can turn it back on later by pressing the slider again. Keep in mind, any Applets listed on your My Applets page will count toward the Applet limit for both free and Pro users. If you no longer plan to use an Applet, you can archive it to remove it from your active Applets list.
How to archive an Applet
An Applet can be archived by viewing the Applet, then pressing the Archive link at the bottom of the Applet:
Once archived the Applet will no longer run, and will not appear on your My Applets page.
How to access the Applet Archive
You can view your archived Applets by going to ifttt.com/archive. The archive can also be accessed by pressing the Archive button on the My Applets page, seen in the screen grab below highlighted in red:
How to restore an archived Applet
If you'd like to use an Applet that was previously archived you can restore it without needing to recreate it. To do so, find the Applet in your archive then press the Restore button:
The Applet will appear on your My Applets page. Keep in mind, restoring an Applet doesn’t automatically re-enable it. After restoring, go to ifttt.com/my_applets and re-enable the Applet by pressing the connect button.
Deleting an archived Applet
Applets that are archived won't be deleted. If you'd prefer to permanently delete an Applet you can do so by following the steps in this guide.
