You can create your own Applet using the Applet Composer, but often times the Applet you’re looking for may have already been created and published by another user or service. You can click or tap connect on a published Applet to enable it.
Depending on the features a published Applet uses it may be a free, Pro, or Pro+ Applet. See below for more details on the difference between these Applets.
Pro+ Applets:
If an Applet uses filter code, queries, or a service that is only available on the Pro+ tier, it will be considered a Pro+ Applet. These Applets can also include multiple actions.Pro+ Applets will display the Pro+ badge in the bottom right of the Applet card:
Pro+ Applets can be enabled if you're on the Pro+ plan.
Pro Applets
Pro Applets may include multiple actions, use a Trigger or Action from a service that requires a Pro subscription, or both. These Applets will show a Pro badge in the bottom right corner of the Applet card.
Pro Applets can be enabled if you're on the Pro or Pro+ plan.
Free Applets
Free Applets include a Trigger and a single Action from services that are available on the free tier. Free Applets won't have any badge in the bottom right and can be enabled by all users:
If you'd like to enable an Applet on a different plan you can upgrade at anytime from ifttt.com/plans.
