When using the Facebook Pages - Upload a photo from URL Action, you may receive the following error if the album specified in the Album field does not exist:
“Non-existent album name. Please create the album or provide the name of an existing one.”
This Action can upload photos to existing albums, but it cannot create new albums.
To resolve this issue, manually create the destination album on Facebook or enter the name of an album that already exists in the Album field of your Applet's Action.
Option 1: Create a new album
Manually create the destination album on your Facebook Page, the name of newly created album will need to match the album listed in the Album Name field of your Applet's Facebook Pages Action.
Option 2: Update your Applet to use an existing album
- Open your Applet and click Edit Applet.
- Click Edit on the Facebook Pages - Upload a photo from URL Action.
- Scroll down to the Album name field.
- Enter the name of an album that already exists on your Facebook Page.
- Follow the prompts to save your changes.
