Many issues can be addressed by following our guide on how to contact support or give feedback, but we encourage users to file a problem report if they can't get help from the service or notice a bug specifically with the IFTTT app or website.
Before you submit a report, please read our guidelines below.
- We're not able to respond to every report, but they do help us track trends and escalate issues as needed.
- If you have a Pro or Pro+ subscription, please open a ticket following the steps in the IFTTT Pro Support section of this guide instead of using the report a problem button below
- These reports go directly to us, not the service. We recommend reporting issues directly to the service owner if you're having issues with a particular service.
- Please include as much detail as possible, including any troubleshooting you've done already, if it is reproducible, and the Applet or connection ID if applicable.
