You can disconnect your Meta accounts from IFTTT at any time by following the steps in this guide. When you remove a service, any Applets using that service will also be removed. Additionally, the disconnected account will no longer be linked to IFTTT, and IFTTT will no longer be able to access data related to that account to run your Applets.
Removing a Facebook Profile from IFTTT

Go to Facebook settings on IFTTT.

You’ll see a list of Facebook accounts connected to IFTTT.

Click Remove next to the account you want to disconnect.

The account will be disconnected from IFTTT.
Removing a Facebook Page from IFTTT

View the connected Facebook Pages accounts.

Click Remove next to the account you wish to disconnect.

The account will be removed from IFTTT.
Removing Facebook Lead Ads from IFTTT

Identify the connected Facebook Lead Ads accounts.

Click Remove to disconnect the selected account.

The account will no longer be linked to IFTTT.
Removing Instagram from IFTTT

Go to Instagram settings on IFTTT.

You’ll see a list of Instagram accounts connected to IFTTT.

Click Remove next to the account you want to disconnect.

The account will be disconnected from IFTTT.
Removing Threads from IFTTT

Go to Threads settings on IFTTT.

View the Threads accounts connected to IFTTT.

Click Remove to disconnect the selected account.

The account will no longer be linked to IFTTT.
Once you remove a service connection, you will need to connect again from the relevant service page if you wish to use it with IFTTT again in the future.
