The IFTTT SMS Service Details
The IFTTT SMS service lets you interact with your Applets using text messages. You can use it in two ways:

Trigger an Applet by sending a text message to IFTTT’s number. This can be useful for quick actions, like logging information or controlling smart devices.

- After you've connected to the IFTTT Sms service, you can find the phone number to text to trigger your Applet by visiting ifttt.com/sms/settings. The number will be listed under the IFTTT Phone Number heading.

Send me an SMS as an action in an Applet. This allows you to get alerts, reminders, or notifications directly to your phone.
The SMS service is available on Pro and Pro+ plans and includes:

100 messages per month for users in the U.S. and Canada.

10 messages per month for users in other supported locations.
