If your activity feed indicates Missing Permissions

for your Discord Applets, or if you're encountering Discord action failure messages, it may be because your server hasn't granted IFTTT the necessary permissions to run your Applet.
Granting Permissions
First, go to your Server Permissions settings: Right click on your server icon > click Server Settings > Roles > select IFTTT > open Permissions.
Start in the General Server Permissions section and ensure the IFTTT role has the following permissions enabled:
Next, scroll down to the Text Channel Permissions and grant the following permissions:
Lastly, Click on the gear icon next to your text channel, and then open Permissions. Make sure your specific channel permissions are synced with your server permissions. It should show the following:
Enabling the above settings will ensure IFTTT has all the necessary permissions to run your Discord Applets.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps
If your channel has been converted to a private channel, the IFTTT bot may be removed from the server's member list, which can prevent Applets from functioning properly. To address this, click the gear icon to edit your channel settings if it is private:

Then use the add members or roles button to add IFTTT as a member of the channel:
Lastly, scroll down and ensure the IFTTT Member has the view channel, Manage channel, Send Messages, and Mention @everyone, @here, and All Roles permissions granted under advanced permissions for your private channel:
