Community Engagement
Tracking community engagement on a subreddit dedicated to or related to your business is essential for maintaining an active online presence. Using IFTTT, you can automate the monitoring of user posts and comments to ensure that no interaction goes unnoticed.

- Spreadsheet name: Enter the name of the sheet you'd like the post to be added to. If its an existing sheet enter the name or if the sheet doesn't exist in your drive one will be created the first time the Applet runs
- Formatted Row: You can customize which ingredients will be included from the Reddit trigger. Any Ingredients or Text you'd like to include can be separated by ||| to add it to separate cells in your sheet
- Drive folder path: This is the location in your Google Drive where the Sheet will be created, or should link to the existing sheet if applicable
Create your own Applets
If you're interested in using a different action to track posts you can do so by following these steps, in this example we'll create an Applet that will add a task to Todoist reminding you to respond to the Reddit post:

Go to ifttt.com/create

Press add to the right of If This, then search for and select the Reddit service

Press the card titled Any new post in subreddit, enter the subreddit of your choice in the Subreddit field then press Create trigger

Next, press add to the right of Then That, search for and select the Todoist service

Choose the Create a Task card and configure the fields to your preference using ingredients from the Applet's trigger:

From there press Create action then follow the remaining prompts to name and save your Applet
