We have a small support team here at IFTTT and we're focused on helping out users that we're best equipped to assist with. This means you should get in touch with us for issues related to your IFTTT account, the IFTTT mobile app, and IFTTT owned services. Otherwise, the Getting Started section in our help center is a great resource.
If you need help with an Applet, we recommend to first check out our own troubleshooting guide. The Activity feed error glossary can help you understand what the error messages mean. The communities on Reddit or Hackster.io are also fantastic resources where you can get help from IFTTT experts.
Most services on the IFTTT platform are not operated by IFTTT, and you may get better help for other problems by reaching out to the service owner. IFTTT just serves as the intermediary for different services to connect together.
If you have feedback for a service, such as a new trigger or action, or would like a new feature such as expanded language support, we'd love for you to provide feedback directly to the service. Services can't see your feedback if you contact IFTTT support.
